3 stools 3 ways

I'm starting to build up inventory for the Polka Dot Flea...First up three stools

Stools are always a great seller, after not finding any for months...I find three in two weeks...Does this happen to you?

This was quite a motley crew

I let them speak to me....OK, they didn't say a word lol.  I looked at their style and and then picked the fabric

This little beauty had straight legs so....

....it got the most contemporary fabric...Don't you love this blue?

It's almost a hip fabric and I am on a desperate quest to be hip and cool instead of always frilly and pink!

There you have it...Nothing earth shattering, just some stools

Wouldn't want you to think I've just been sitting around...lol!

THANK YOU!

Happy Creating

  3. I love the one with the pink toile, Carol. Yes, isn't that always the way. It's either nothing or a bunch. The one I did that I told you was similar to the last one you did, sold a few weeks ago.

  5. Hi Carol, that's what I call a successful facelift, LOL.
Everything you touch is prettier when you do your thing to it.
    That magic "Carol" touch :)
    Have a wonderful week.

  7. They all are very pretty but I think I'm partial to the one with the contemporary fabric. I just bought some fabric today to redo an office chair and I purposely went contemporary too. I tend to always go for neutrals and I want to get out of my neutral funk!
You are going to have quite the inventory ready when the Polka Dot Flea rolls around!!

  9. Carol, as always, you've keep me giggling with your writing and amazed at your talent to take even an ordinary stool and make it special!
BTW--- I'm rather jealous of my sister getting to meet you and have lunch ?. I hope you both have lots of fun. I can't wait to hear all about it.

  21. If anyone can be frilly and pink and hip and cool, all at the same time, it's you. The stools are wonderful.

  22. You do such nice work! I especially love the green fabric...is it a new fabric that I could purchase somewhere? I would love to make a pillow with it for my craft room.

  23. Love each stool, but my favorite is the blue/white. I have valances in that fabric. My room is soft shabby, and this pattern is perfect. And, of course, the stool would be right at home in my bedroom.

    Thanks for sharing.

  25. All three are just gorgeous!!! You "covered" their "personalities" just right*** Yes, that happened to me today, been looking for a certain bowl for a salad sent for months...found nine, just needed one.

  26. I love them all. My favorite stool STYLE is the one with the little back to it. My favorite pattern/fabric is the blue. Not that anyone cares what my favorite is. I just felt like saying it. Ha!

  31. I LOVE those stools. I have a fondness for them and have several in my house. I think it is a sickness with me...not quite like collecting fine china, is it? lol

Hope you have a wonderful weekend- xo Diana
