My Antiques Booth



Before I left on vacation I stocked and tidied up my booth at Orange Tree


I thought you might want a look around


I found this great vintage gown at an antiques fair


Linen is one of my huge loves!  
They are a really good seller and I don't mind the cleaning and pressing part of it. 








I'm having a wonderful time on vacation in Minnesota but, guess what?  It is hotter here than in Orlando!

    I believe the heat Carol. NY is pretty hot too. Love your booth, so charming. I am surprised to see the polka dot suitcase still there, it is so cute! Have fun.

    You have such a lovely booth. I especially like how well you have your linens displayed. I love to look at linens in booths but really don't like when they are stacked on top of each other because usually there is no where to put them when your going through the stack. I know this is done because of limited space but your solution seems perfect, so clean and is very shopper friendly! Great job!

    And huge parts of the country are way hotter than we are here...something to be thankful for...and they don't have the sea breeze, either!

    The booth is lovely.
    This would suit my MIL's taste perfectly.
    I especially like the refurbished suitcases.
    I need to try re-doing one myself.

    I can't beleive its hotter there than Florida,, wow,, imagine that.Ypou have a beautiful booth,, so much lovely all in one place.I love to iron linens too,, sick passion I'm told,, most people hate ironing,, not me,,or you by the sounds of it.. Happy Monday!!

    So nice to hear you are having a wonderful time!! I can attest you have a Gorgeous Booth, just so feminine too!! Yep, we heard about all the heat up North and the thick of it won't hit until about Mid week, with all the fun your having you probably won't notice it!

    It's been steamy hot here, too(NY,) and when I spoke to my father he said it's been cooler(meaning less than 90) in Atlanta. Your booth looks great! Love that vintage gown. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Carol!

    Great booth - love the linens! I live in Wisconsin and my friend from Texas just left after a visit here to try and cool off a bit. It was 70ish for the first 3 days and then the heat came. So sorry you're not getting some cooler weather. I have lots of family in the Twin Cities and I know they've been having some nasty heat spells there! Have fun in spite of the heat!

    SUPER hot and HUMID here in Illinois too - 85 degrees already at 9am . . . ugh . . .

    Oh WOW Carol, I LOVE your booth! When ever we go antiquing I always make a bee-line for booths just like this one, and I would definitely do so with yours...probably spend the entire time there, lol :) All kinds of beautiful things to see and want to take home with me :)

    Oh Carol, I love your booth. If I came upon that booth, I would have a hard time leaving and a hard time deciding what to bring home. So lovely! I wish I was still in Minnesota, so I could meet up with you and Deb and do some antiquing with you. I am her partner for the Vintage Christmas in July swap, so I am getting ready to send a box to her. Minnesota is absolutely jam packed with antique shops and malls. I think there is one in almost every town. I sure love looking for old treasures!

    I know i'm supposed to be looking at dress forms but i got side tracked! Ha-ha!

    I love your booth, Carol! I've never seen such a booth in person! That polka dot suitcase caught my eye. Did you find it like that or was it a make over winner?
