Where to Buy Crystals for Chandeliers

I love anything with crystals and if you know where to buy them they are really inexpensive and add such an elegant touch.

I did this post on my $7.49 daybed and had a few people ask about the chandelier.  It was my $20.00 garage sale find, but came without the crystals.  I painted it white added $12.00 in crystals and I have a chandelier for $32.00

Here is the chandelier above the daybed

Crystals for Christmas ornaments

And Candles sconces

For a little extra romantic touch I have Romantic Adornments hanging on my candle sconce, they are available for 50% off at

Blah, Blah, Blah, OK, so what you really want to know is where I get my crystals!
I get them from Freedom Crystals
I don't work for these people, they don't even know I exist.  I just did a lot of research and these are the best prices I could find for crystals.  I have always received my orders promptly and in perfect condition.  There is no minimum order.

I keep a box of crystals on hand so I can always add that little something special to a project.

Now, lets not tell the world about where to get this great deal on crystals, this is just for my bloggy friends.

Don't pass something up just because it is missing a few crystals

If anyone has somewhere they get a great deal on crystals, we would all love to know!

Happy Crafting!
Carol

Thanks so much for the excellent tip on where to buy crystals. I find them at times in thrift stores, but they are still expensive.

I'll go over to the site and check it out. Don't worry, my lips are sealed!

  8. Carol ~ great post! Freedom really is the best place to purchase crystals, crystal chain, etc. I've been buying from them for nine years (boxes and boxes at a time when I used to resell them on my web site) and they have never ever disappointed me. They are awesome!

  16. Hi Carol, I am a crystal type girl too! Thanks for the tip on where to buy. Your chandelier and sconces are gorgeous and you know I love the day bed.
I use "word" for my font and you can enlarge it to any size you want. For this sign I printed a few letters at a time and then just taped them together. Hope this helps.

I buy crystals from a seller on Ebay but I have to look up the exact name. Will get back to you on that one.
I start to decorate for Christmas on Nov. 1st and try to finish before Thanksgiving Day. I usually take the 3rd week of Nov. off from work to do the Living Room and the Dining Room.

  23. OMGoodness! I just love that snowflake on the candelabra. How do you spell candelabra anyway???
....All of these are so lovely, but I especially love the one with the snowflake accent! Last weekend I saw bins of glittery holiday decorations down at Michaels craft store for 50cents...I think you just inspired me to try working those and some crystals on a candleabra. MUCHOS GRACIS :)
    Thrift store here I come!
