3 stools 3 ways

I'm starting to build up inventory for the Polka Dot Flea...First up three stools

Stools are always a great seller, after not finding any for months...I find three in two weeks...Does this happen to you?

This was quite a motley crew

I let them speak to me....OK, they didn't say a word lol.  I looked at their style and and then picked the fabric

This little beauty had straight legs so....

....it got the most contemporary fabric...Don't you love this blue?

It's almost a hip fabric and I am on a desperate quest to be hip and cool instead of always frilly and pink!

There you have it...Nothing earth shattering, just some stools

Wouldn't want you to think I've just been sitting around...lol!

Be Sure to check out the Polka Dot Flea website HERE

And

Follow the Polka Dot Flea on FB HERE
THANK YOU!

Happy Creating
Carol

I love the one with the pink toile, Carol. Yes, isn't that always the way. It's either nothing or a bunch. The one I did that I told you was similar to the last one you did, sold a few weeks ago.

All of them are just beautiful! I like them all! I will say, I sure like the pink toile, but the green floral one, is my favorite! You are one creative and busy lady!
Have a great evening!

Hi Carol, that's what I call a successful facelift, LOL.
Everything you touch is prettier when you do your thing to it.
That magic "Carol" touch :)
Have a wonderful week.
Your blogging sister, Connie :)

Hi Carol,
These little stools are so pretty!
I wish I could get lucky enough to find one, let alone three!! Great find and redo.

They all are very pretty but I think I'm partial to the one with the contemporary fabric. I just bought some fabric today to redo an office chair and I purposely went contemporary too. I tend to always go for neutrals and I want to get out of my neutral funk!
You are going to have quite the inventory ready when the Polka Dot Flea rolls around!!

Your stools turned out beautifully, Carol! My favorite is the toile, love it! They will be a huge hit at the flea. Gee, I wonder what you have been doing with all of your free time?:)

Carol, as always, you've keep me giggling with your writing and amazed at your talent to take even an ordinary stool and make it special!
BTW--- I'm rather jealous of my sister getting to meet you and have lunch ?. I hope you both have lots of fun. I can't wait to hear all about it.

Your stools look great! You picked the perfect fabrics--I love the green floral--but then I love the toile too and the blue was perfect for the more contemporary one. Good job!

Trust you! And Love your vision and creative drive.
I love that pink fabric with the angels on it? Where did you find it? Any chance I could buy some online and have them sent it for me overseas? I really love it!
So THAT stool is all winning for me!!!
The rest, well, you do wonders pretty girl!
From Drab to... a Carol's ;).
I'm in Awe. Delighted. Humbled.

If anyone can be frilly and pink and hip and cool, all at the same time, it's you. The stools are wonderful.

You do such nice work! I especially love the green fabric...is it a new fabric that I could purchase somewhere? I would love to make a pillow with it for my craft room.

Love each stool, but my favorite is the blue/white. I have valances in that fabric. My room is soft shabby, and this pattern is perfect. And, of course, the stool would be right at home in my bedroom.

Thanks for sharing.

A job well done! Well, actually three jobs well done. My favorite is the one with the back.

All three are just gorgeous!!! You "covered" their "personalities" just right*** Yes, that happened to me today, been looking for a certain bowl for a salad sent for months...found nine, just needed one.

I love them all. My favorite stool STYLE is the one with the little back to it. My favorite pattern/fabric is the blue. Not that anyone cares what my favorite is. I just felt like saying it. Ha!

Lovely stools. I would have to pick one from each for my favorites. Building inventory is a very good thing dear...

I LOVE those stools. I have a fondness for them and have several in my house. I think it is a sickness with me...not quite like collecting fine china, is it? lol

Hope you have a wonderful weekend- xo Diana

I am inspired, as usual, to get to work. I'm updating a gun cabinet turned display shelves at the moment. I need to find some cute stools though, I love the fabrics.

I love updated benches. They are so fun to transform and they are such a useful thing to have around. All your benches are beautiful. Where are you finding the time for projects? You are one busy lady.
