I will ship the tray to anywhere in the continental US
Now since this is a DIY blog I will show you the before and after of your tray
I loved the bones of this tray because you don't see many with bow handles
A few coats of my favorite heirloom white paint
Now add some vintage china from plates and stained glass and I have your giveaway

what a sweet little tray! I have always wanted to do mosaic, and have even saved broken china and sea glass to do it, but just never seem to get around to it!
